Returns Policy

Any goods with a manufacturing fault will be replaced with the same. If replacement is not achievable then a refund will be given.

We endeavour to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

Privacy and Security

The Elwin Productions online DVD Store ordering system requires users to provide contact information (like their name and a valid email address, and shipping address). Contact information is used to contact customers when necessary. Personal information will not be sold or shared with other parties.

A temporary cookie is used to keep track of your shopping cart between pages (if you have cookies turned on in your browser). A "cookie" is a small file stored on your local drive or in memory that holds information the system needs to keep track of.

The online payment system associated with the DVD Store uses 128-bit SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions) to protect the customer's credit card details and will not release any personal information submitted to any outside organisation or use it for any purpose other than the specific purpose it was submitted for.

Shipping/Mail Rates

  • Each individual order placed on the Elwin Productions DVD Store will be despatched separately. Processing procedures do not allow for multiple orders to be combined and shipped together.
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and packages are dispatched by Air Mail.
  • Goods and Services Tax of 12.5% is added to New Zealand orders. Overseas orders are exempt from GST.
